Uses:
This product is used as fragrance in many perfume mixtures, after-shave lotions etc.The raw material for this product is made from an hexane extraction of the moss giving a concrete, then the absolute is obtained by extrating the concrete with ethanol. The moss used is Evernia Prunastri.
The moss is collected mainly from oaktrees in Yugoslavia, France, Italy, Corsica, Morocco, Hungary and various central European countries. Contains atranorin, evernic acid and usnic acid.
Examples of usage: Hay New Mown Hay; Animal; Fern; Green.
Contains 5% Sorbitan sesquioleate as emulsifier. PA.
